GREEN CLUB WOOT!!!

Hey everyone, the Green Club blog is back in action!! It may not look pretty and definitely needs some sprucing up, but updates are returning. For our first couple... BAKE SALE!!! That's right, baked goods will be on sale near the JL cafeteria on Thursday Oct. 15 (that THIS thurday!!) so come on buy and help support the Hocking Green Club, and our Mother Earth by purchasing some tasty homemade treats. Hot coffee will also be available for purchase to keep you warm and awake in class. Proceeds from this sale will help us get more, and hopefully better, recycling bins on campus. Also, don't forget that our meetings are EVERY THURSDAY @ 6 IN CONFERENCE ROOM C IN THE STUDENT CENTER. Campus Recycling

Hey everyone, Spencer here!  If you were at the meeting last night I am posting the video I showed along with a link to another great recycling video called 'The Story of Stuff'.  If you weren't at the meeting, the first video is about what one college, Northwestern in Chicago (a Big 10 school if you're into NCAA sports), has done to alleviate their waste problem.  Maybe we could take some of their ideas and apply them to this campus?  Hope you enjoy them both!!

First Spring Quarter Meeting!!

Green Club Meeting Wen. April 1st

Hope everyone had a great break from classes. School is back in session and that means Hocking College Green Club is back in business. We are having our first Spring quarter meeting on April 1st in conference room C in the student center at 7:00pm. Same place as last quarter, but an hour earlier. Come with ideas and bring a friend. Can't wait to see everyone there.
